Esoteric Medical Astrology

Here is some interesting information regarding astrological placements in respect to the human body and pathology.
'Medical' Astrology has been in existence since at least 400 BC and probably before this time. Its origins are possibly Babylonian or Egyptian though there is a possibility the Jewish people brought this knowledge into Babylon when they went into exile.
Medical Astrology is based on the idea that Man/Woman is a macrocosm of the Solar System. This idea is widespread in Kabbalistic Esoteric Literature and found its way into Europe in the late Medi-eval period. To be continued...
